Greg Aslanian is the head of our Law and Motion Department, bringing with him a decade of experience in complex litigation. His technical expertise, and research & writing skills are only surpassed by his attention to detail. Prior to joining the Inheritance Recovery Attorneys, LLP, Mr. Aslanian founded the Aslanian Law Firm, where in addition to his specialization in estate disputes and inheritance recovery, he represented both individuals and businesses in litigation arising out of auto/trucking accidents, business and real estate disputes and premises liability, leading to claims involving wrongful death, catastrophic personal injuries and breach of contract. Mr. Aslanian also gained critical litigation experience while practicing law at a prominent national litigation firm, where he defended clients in complex litigation matters. It is his wide-ranging background in contingency-based practice and experience in both real estate and business conflicts that provides him with the ability to address all the varying issues that may arise in an estate conflict, which most often involve real estate and business disputes.
While practicing in Pasadena, he was an active member of the Pasadena Bar Associate and earned the distinction of Top Attorney for civil litigation by Pasadena Magazine for several years. He is also the recipient of the SuperLawyers Rising Star award for his excellence in litigation practice. Greg earned his law degree from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles where he also received the CALI Excellence for the Future award for achieving the highest grade in some of his courses. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Irvine where he was awarded the Dean’s List honor for his academic achievements. Greg is an active member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice before all California state courts and the United States District Court for the Central and Eastern Districts of California. He has successfully represented clients in all stages of litigation, from inception of a case through trial.
